Whether you want to rent an apartment for the winter, or buy one so you have a nest on one of the world’s most beautiful mountains, you’ll be able to find what you’re looking for here.

It’s no secret that the housing market here is hot, especially the market for apartments. There is no shortage of kids in their early twenties looking to spend at least a winter here and get in as much boarding and skiing as possible and, as such, there aren’t many places suitable for them to live. If you are one of them, you might have to get creative to find a home, but we’d really like to help you out.
On the other hand, if you’re in the market to buy, you’re in a very good position. Like I said, there are no shortage of people looking for apartments in Whistler and if you happen to have one, what you charge for rent will more than pay the mortgage. If you do want to pay visits to Whistler throughout the year, maybe you should consider renting it out on a weekly basis to make back some of the money you would lose to mortgage payments while it sits empty.
If you plan on living there year round, and I can’t imagine why you wouldn’t want to, apartments in Whistler are a great way to make sure that you’re close to the action and always have a great place to go home to at the end of a long day of snowboarding and skiing.
Whatever it is you’re looking for in Whistler’s apartment market, we’ll try to bring it to you.
