Timeshares are a fantastic and really very reasonable means of getting up to the mountain and making a yearly trip out of it. Whistler is always going to be one of the world’s greatest mountain resorts and having a timeshare there means you can relax in knowing you have a great place to stay and forget the stresses of normal life.

Even though Timeshares aren’t my first choice for real estate investments in Whistler, they can save you money if you’re making regular trips to a destination you simply couldn’t afford otherwise. Timeshares are a great way to get a place where you and the family can build memories over the years, but there’s a catch: you’ll have to share the memories with a number of other people. Normally, the available dates are split up between the owners and they tend to recur at the same time every year. If that sounds like something you’d really be interested in, this is what you need.

I normally suggest to people that they try to go in with a few friends on a condo in whistler, rather than a timeshare because that way, they will see some return on the investment. You actually own the piece of property and you’ll be able to sort out when you want to go with a much freer schedule. Also, if you want to go when one of your friends is there, that might not even be a problem.
